After graduating at the top of his class at University Of Delhi, Ankur launched Kazzam Software Solutions - a New Delhi based profitable IT firm. He obtained his Masters in Computer Science from University Of Southern California, Los Angeles. He oversees all programming for EQ and has designed cutting edge programs for the EQ Network. An avid biker, he has travelled extensively through the Indian Himalayas and the deserts on his beloved motorcycle.

A climber, skier, and diver, Bob recently returned from climbing the Underhill Route up the Grand Teton in Wyoming with longtime friend Jake Stout. Bob has managed various companies with assets over 500 million.

Patrick was responsible for writing the Shoreline Management Act for the State of Washington, and has operated his own firm for over 15 years. An active sailor, and kayaker, he is responsible negotiating contracts and reviewing EQ strategy on all levels.
